Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to lead and develop a new HVAC division within our company. This role is responsible for setting up operations, managing projects, building a technical team, and driving business growth from initial setup to full execution.


Business Setup & Development

  • Establish and manage the HVAC business line from scratch
  • Develop operational workflows, pricing structures, and project processes
  • Support management in business planning and market entry strategy
  • Assist in vendor selection, subcontractor management, and material sourcing

Technical & Project Management

  • Oversee HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Manage residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to standards

Team & Operations Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage HVAC engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities

Sales & Client Support

  • Provide technical support to sales and estimation teams
  • Assist in tendering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation
  • Meet clients, conduct site surveys, and support business development

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field
  • 7–12 years experience in HVAC contracting or MEP companies
  • Proven experience in setting up or managing HVAC operations
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, standards, and local regulations
  • Leadership mindset with commercial and technical understanding
  • UAE experience required; UAE driving license preferred
