Job Description

As an HVAC Junior Technician, you will be entering an exciting field with a focus on ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are working efficiently and effectively. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various heating and cooling systems. Responsibilities
  • Assist senior technicians in the installation of HVAC systems in various locations.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters and cleaning components.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues in HVAC systems and report findings to lead technicians.
  • Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines to protect oneself and others during service activities.
  • Learn and use diagnostic tools to assess system performance and identify issues.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the job site and service vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to support project completion.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries under supervision and guidance.
  • Follow all company procedures and policies to deliver consistent service work.
  • Keep updated on new HVAC technologies, tools, and practices in the field.
  • Support inventory checks to ensure adequate supply of parts and materials.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under the supervision of experienced technicians.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
  • Adept with basic hand tools and comfortable working with technology.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
