Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and optimize HVAC systems to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with local regulations, focusing on sustainability and innovative technologies.
- Conduct detailed load calculations and environmental assessments to determine the best HVAC solutions for various building types.
- Oversee installation processes, ensuring that systems are installed according to design specifications and industry best practices.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to enhance performance and extend equipment lifespan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design and implementation, preferably in commercial building projects.
- Experience with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or energy modeling software is required for effective design.
