Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the HR department of an organization. This role involves a broad range of HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and strategic workforce planning. As a Human Resources Manager, you will collaborate with both leadership and staff to drive HR strategies that support the organization's mission and objectives. You will serve as an advisor to the company on all human resources matters and be responsible for leading a team that fuels the growth of the company through thoughtful human capital management. This position requires a proactive and compassionate individual who can foster a productive work environment while remaining compliant with labor laws and regulations.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to efficiently meet staffing needs.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and retention of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and current employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR departments and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills to ensure implementation.
