Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the organization s goals and vision.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding and orientation.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture; handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and labor laws.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems; provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and employee development.
  • Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and ensure continuous professional development across all levels.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and rewards programs; ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies; maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and labor regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
