Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
