Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and personnel files.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support organizational initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
