Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 5,000 6,000Job Code: 341/001/241Industry: Building ConstructionJob Brief:Our client in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of regional experience, preferably in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, visa processing, payroll coordination, and a solid understanding of the region's Labour Law. Prior experience in the building construction industry is a mandate.Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PROs and relevant government authorities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with the Labour Law and company policies.Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data such as attendance, absences, overtime, and leave records.Prepare and calculate end-of-service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, final settlements, and related documentation in compliance with the Labour Law.Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.Support compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations in line with statutory and company requirements.Job Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in Dubai (mandatory).Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of the Labour Law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.Hands-on experience in visa processing, PRO coordination, gratuity calculation, and leave salary preparation.Prior experience in the building construction industry is a must.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software systems.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
