Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Missions:
Recruitment:
•Implement recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
•Design and implement effective recruitment processes to meet the needs of the company and managers
•Collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job
profiles•Sourcing and screening candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
•Evaluate candidates and present recommendations to managers
•Negotiate job offers and onboard new hires
•Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
•Manage interns and their onboarding
Training & DevelopmentCareer Planning:
Identify the training and development needs of employees and develop training plans to meet these needs
Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs and make recommendations to improve
them Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to provide training and development opportunities for employees
Analyze trends and best practices in human resources development and make recommendations to integrate them into SUEZ Morocco's
HR strategy Design and implement• Training and skills
development programs Collaborate with managers to identify career development opportunities for employees
Monitoring of implemented projects and evaluation of their results Design and management:
• Plan the processes of annual & development
evaluations • Support all employees in the completion of the Talent' up
evaluation process • Set up the various HR projects related to diversity & inclusion management, talent management, well-being at work
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Bac +5 in human resources management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience is required for this position
• Good knowledge of the internal and external environment of the company ( competitors ) Knowledge
of HR functions & processes ( GPEC , training , recruitment , and personnel
administration • Legal knowledge ( labor law & training )
• Quality of written and oral communication .
• Analytical skills .
• Open-mindedness & ability to adapt .
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac +5 en gestion des ressources humaines .
Une exp rience de 3 5 ans est requise pour ce poste
Bonne connaissance de l environnement interne et externe de l entreprise ( concurrents )
Connaissance des fonctions & processus RH ( GPEC , formation , recrutement , et administration du personnel
Connaissance juridiques ( droit de travail & de la formation )
Qualit de communication crite et orale .
Capacit d analyse .
Ouverture d esprit & capacit d adaptation .
