Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

> Keep Things Organized
Help manage employee files and HR documents—both digital and physical. You’ll assist in preparing letters like employment and experience certificates, while keeping everything accurate and confidential.

> Make It Happen
Support the release of important HR documents to employees and departments. You’ll track what goes out, make sure it’s delivered on time, and coordinate with teams for approvals.

> Be the Backbone of the Team
Handle data entry, update HR records, and assist with interview scheduling and onboarding. You’ll also help with scanning, printing, and responding to basic employee questions.

  • Attention to Detail – You’re careful, thorough, and double-check your work.
  • Organizational Skills – You know how to keep files and tasks in order.
  • Basic Computer Skills – Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Confidentiality – You understand the importance of handling sensitive information with care.
  • Team Player – Willing to support others and learn on the go.

This is an unpaid internship designed to offer hands-on experience in HR operations and document management.
Transportation is provided from existing designated pick-up points.
