Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:

DBB Contracting LLC is looking for experienced HSE Officers with expertise in commercial & residential building projects to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and practices for commercial & residential building projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks to site personnel and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and stakeholders on HSE compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and reports.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by engaging and mentoring project teams.
  • Review and approve subcontractors HSE plans and performance on-site.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must.
  • Certified HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) are essential.
  • Minimum of [Insert Years] experience in HSE roles within commercial building projects.
