HSE Manager ALGHANIM INTERNATIONAL GENERAL TRADING&CONTRACTING

Alghanim International is hiring a qualified and experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety & Environmental aspects of one of our key bridge projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, deep knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, and a proven record of managing infrastructure project safety programs.

� Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, procedures, and policies across the project site.

-Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements and client HSE standards.

-Lead site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

-Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to site teams.

-Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.

-Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and KPIs.

-Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.

-Drive a proactive HSE culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

� Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

-Certified HSE qualifications (NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is mandatory).

-Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in infrastructure or bridge construction projects.

-Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, ISO standards, and risk management.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

-UAE residency is a MUST.
