Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our thriving team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier candidates for various positions across our organization. Your strategic approach and interpersonal skills will not only enhance our hiring process but also ensure a positive experience for candidates, contributing to our company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with our company's goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on job descriptions and candidate selection.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' fit for specific roles and the company culture.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage the overall recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the brand and attract potential candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
