Roles & Responsibilities

HR Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying top tutoring talent, communicating effectively with potential tutors, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the recruitment process. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified educational professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified tutors across various subject areas and academic levels.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with potential tutors.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and teaching abilities.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and nurture a diverse talent pool of educational professionals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between tutors and other team members.
  • Create and maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to meet the company's growing demands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand specific tutor requirements and qualifications.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract quality candidates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong eye for talent with the ability to identify quality candidates.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Understanding of the educational sector and tutoring requirements.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to solving recruitment challenges.
