Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

a leading fast-food chain with an expanding regional and international footprint, is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and improving our human resources strategies, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment across all branches.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.


- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.


- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


- Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime across branches.


- Assist in monthly payroll preparation and data validation.


- Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievances with professionalism and discretion.


- Support training and development programs aligned with employee career growth.


- Collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and optimize manpower planning.


- Ensure timely completion of all HR documentation and reporting.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.


- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.


- Solid knowledge of Lebanese labor law and HR best practices.


- Strong organizational and time management skills.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.


- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).


- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
