Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of HR operational and strategic reports and dashboards.
  • Define, standardize, and govern HR KPIs and workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, talent, rewards).
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting and semantic layer specifications.
  • Define and maintain HR reporting standards, metric definitions, and calculation logic.
  • Partner with the HR Data Lead to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for all HR reports and dashboards.
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions using enterprise BI platforms.
  • Manage reporting calendars, data refresh schedules, and data cut-off governance.
  • Perform trend analysis, predictive insights, and workforce planning analytics.
  • Support executive leadership, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in HR reporting and people/workforce analytics.
  • Advanced expertise in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle BI / OBI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong SQL and data querying capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of HR KPIs, workforce metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation capabilities.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM reporting layer or similar enterprise HR platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 8 years of experience in HR reporting, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale HR environments (Oracle Fusion preferred).
  • Certifications in Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, or analytics platforms are desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills.
