We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process by developing and implementing recruiting strategies that align with our company's goals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment strategies that align with overall business objectives and goals.
- Source candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for available positions.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and potential contributions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from application to offer for top talent acquisition.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs and projects.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with selected candidates efficiently.
- Organize and coordinate hiring events and career fairs to attract diverse talent.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management on hiring progress.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with HR team members to improve recruitment practices continually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful recruiting strategies and candidate sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations impacting recruitment processes.
