Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline, with a focus on security personnel.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as contracts, employee files, and attendance tracking.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the security or services industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
