Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Create effective job postings and utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Maintain candidate databases and pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients and management.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house, UAE market preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
