Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Create effective job postings and utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to clients and management.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house, UAE market preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
