Job Description

  • Visit client sites weekly to assess organizational needs, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Support and consult clients on OD initiatives such as org design, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management systems.

  • Partner with internal teams to create and deliver tailored OD solutions and training programs.

  • Analyze client HR structures, policies, and practices, and recommend improvement plans.

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and culture-building strategies.

  • Provide coaching and advisory support to client HR teams and business leaders.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to reflect insights, outcomes, and next steps.

  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.



Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in HR with exposure to organizational development, client consulting, or HR business partnering.

  • Strong understanding of OD principles such as change management, talent development, and culture building.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build trust with clients and influence decisions at various levels.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness and ability to travel for regular client meetings in Greater Cairo area.
