Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The HR Onboarding & Offboarding Executive is responsible for managing the complete employee entry and exit lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging experience for all new joiners and exiting employees. The role supports key HR operational processes, maintains accurate documentation, and acts as a liaison between employees and departments to uphold a seamless transition at both ends of the employee journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process:

  • Act as the primary contact for all onboarding activities from offer stage to joining.
  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities including documents collection, government relations, and system account creation.
  • Organize and facilitate new joiner orientation sessions and induction programs.
  • Liaise with IT, Admin, and department heads to ensure workspace, systems, and tools are prepared in advance of the joining date.
  • Ensure accurate and timely employee data entry and updates in HRMS.
  • Track onboarding metrics and continuously improve processes based on feedback and internal goals.

Offboarding Process:

  • Manage the end-to-end offboarding process including resignations, clearances, and final settlements.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to coordinate offboarding tasks such as clearance, access revocation, equipment return, and documentation.
  • Conduct and document exit interviews, analyzing trends and sharing insights with HR leadership for retention strategies.
  • Ensure timely processing of final pay, and documentation for leavers in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
  • Maintain records and reports related to attrition, exits, and transition timelines.

Employee Lifecycle Support:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital employee files.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal mobility, probation reviews, and employee confirmations.
  • Provide general HR administrative support when needed.

Engagement & Communication:

  • Support initiatives to enhance the new hire experience and ensure smooth transitions for outgoing employees.
  • Respond to queries from employees regarding joining, exits, policies, and documentation.
  • Help develop communication materials and process guides for onboarding and offboarding workflows.


Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field.
  • F&B/Hospitality/Professional services knowledge will be advantageous.
  • CIPD / SHRM - Desirable.
  • English mandatory Arabic desirable.
  • Excellent in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and HR systems (e.g. Bayzat or similar).
