Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an HR Office with a minimum of 2 years of experience .
Location: Damour.
JD and Tasks:
Assist in recruitment process (candidate profile, documents, probationary assessment, trial, company orientation).
Maintain employee s records in HRMS and update HR files.
Approve and validate daily attendance and absence justifications, schedule,
leave, and manage leave balance.
Conduct investigations and issues disciplinary letters, certificates and
prepares memos, warnings, employment letter, NSSF work certificate,Salary certificate.
Maintain payroll data, daily and monthly for employees and labors.
Track employees loans with the accounting department in order to ensure
full recovery and proper registration.
Effectively support in the implementation of the company policies & procedures and ensure compliance.
End of service process and termination (clearance documents, handover,
packages).
Follow up with the insurance company (work accident) hospitality approval
and claims recovery.
NSSF closure for resigned and termination employees and NSSF declaration
for new employees and labors, NSSF family allowances.
MOF Declarations (R3, R3/1).
Following up on residency and work permits renewal.
Perform any additional task assigned by Management
Qualification:
2+ years of experience
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or Business Management.
preference will be given to candidates residing in Damour or the Chouf region.
Very good in communication skills.
Very good in excel and word.
