Roles & Responsibilities
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER- OPERATIONS
- Manage employee records meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and accuracy in documentation.
- Support performance management initiatives by coordinating reviews and providing guidance to managers on evaluation processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees regarding HR policies, conflict resolution, and career advancement opportunities.
- Analyze employee engagement metrics and implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in recruitment efforts by crafting compelling job descriptions and utilizing various platforms to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information to all staff members.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR solutions tailored to specific business goals.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices to provide sound advice and mitigate organizational risk.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge. Master's Preferable
- Experience in Health care Industry highly preferable.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment especially Healthcare, is required.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are highly desirable, showcasing commitment to the field.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution is crucial for navigating workplace dynamics effectively.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being a significant advantage in a diverse workplace.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems demonstrates technical aptitude in managing HR functions.
- Strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with precision.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset are vital for addressing employee concerns and improving processes.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability are important for thriving in a diverse workforce and promoting inclusivity.
