Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of COB Solution.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top healthcare and administrative talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
- Design and execute performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and professional development plans.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS management, and policy development.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably within healthcare or service-oriented industries (Offshore).
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
