Roles & Responsibilities
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, files, absences, leave).
- Participate in recruitment: drafting and dissemination of offers, pre-selection, organization of interviews.
- Manage payroll and follow-up of social declarations in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Ensure the application of labor law and internal procedures.
- Follow the training and development of employee skills.
Skills:
- Mastery of HR procedures and labor law.
- Knowledge of office automation tools and HR management software.
- Organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality.
- Good written and oral communication.
