HR Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, files, absences, leave).
  • Participate in recruitment: drafting and dissemination of offers, pre-selection, organization of interviews.
  • Manage payroll and follow-up of social declarations in collaboration with the accounting department.
  • Ensure the application of labor law and internal procedures.
  • Follow the training and development of employee skills.

Skills:

  • Mastery of HR procedures and labor law.
  • Knowledge of office automation tools and HR management software.
  • Organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality.
  • Good written and oral communication.
