Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts and workforce reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and employee development programs.
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure that all employees' information is up to date and effectively managed at all times.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate all medical claims, approvals, and refunds with the company s medical provider.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc in Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • A diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • 1-3 Years of experience as an HR Generalist, mainly handling Talent Acquisition, Personnel, OD, and Employee Relations.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws/social insurance laws
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
