Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
