Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment, and payroll administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
