Job Summary:
(Please note that this is a one month temporary role)
(ARABIC SPEAKER - Preferred)
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our HR department in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support in preparing HR reports and communications
- Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and other HR events
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
