Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are hiring an HR & Admin Executive with strong experience in JAFZA HR processes and compliance. The candidate must be capable of handling all HR and administrative tasks within a JAFZA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and HR records.
  • Handle JAFZA employee portal tasks such as:
  • Employment contracts
  • Visa requests and renewals (via JAFZA portal)
  • Gate pass applications and employee updates
  • Coordinate medical tests, EID appointments, and other JAFZA-related HR procedures.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with JAFZA rules and audits.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, leave tracking, and employee queries.
  • Manage daily office administration including stationery, facility needs, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and support internal HR policy implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 3 years JAFZA experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of JAFZA HR procedures and online systems
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be available to join immediately

Desired Candidate Profile
