Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the employee onboarding process by coordinating training sessions, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback sessions, to promote a positive workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for understanding HR principles.
At least 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, showcasing strong practical knowledge of HR functions.
