Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow up on daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Track employees tasks and coordinate between departments.
Handle HR-related tasks including attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
Maintain and update employee records and contracts.
Coordinate recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
Assist in employee onboarding and training coordination.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decisions.
Support performance evaluation processes and follow up on feedback.
Organize and support internal company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to management and ensure smooth daily operations.
Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Data Analysis tools.
Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Desired Candidate Profile
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance.
1 3 years of experience in Admin/HR functions.
