Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an HR Admin/Coordinator to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.


Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Support visa renewals, medicals, and onboarding/offboarding.

Coordinate with government authorities for HR matters.

Assist in leave, payroll, and insurance processes.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in HR/administration in the UAE.

Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.


Salary: Open (based on experience).
