Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Cleaner & Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This combined role requires flexibility to perform both room cleaning and general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate must be attentive to detail, reliable, and committed to providing the highest level of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, restrooms, and assigned spaces according to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all room features are in working condition.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal duties across designated areas.
- Refill supplies and maintain housekeeping trolleys, pantries, and storage areas in clean and organized condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow proper chemical usage, cleaning procedures, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Assist guests courteously when approached during duties and address minor requests efficiently.
- Adhere to daily schedules, cleaning checklists, and operational standards set by the housekeeping department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout all work activities.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Cleaner or Room Attendant (hospitality or facility management preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and basic customer service skills.
- Physical stamina for long hours of standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
