Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following brand guidelines
- Change linens, replace amenities, and restock supplies as required
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns
- Assist with laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and pressing when needed
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in clean and organized condition
- Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra amenities or special arrangements
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
- Support team operations during busy periods or special hotel events
- Perform additional housekeeping tasks assigned by supervisors
