InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Replenishing room supplies such as toiletries, towels.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or missing items in guest rooms to the supervisor
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Participating in daily briefings and training
• Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and professional service
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
