• Dispense and review medications in accordance with hospital policies and UAE regulations.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reconciliation and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies.
• Support physicians and nurses with drug information and formulary guidance.
• Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and other quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Contribute to staff education and training programs related to pharmacotherapy.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory management and cost control.
