Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies (HORECA) to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on profitability and market share gains.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value proposition and benefits tailored to specific needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in HORECA sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market, including knowledge of key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
