As a Holiday Travel Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to help clients plan and book their dream vacations. Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences.

  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Handle travel emergencies and provide problem-solving support to clients.
  • Offer expert advice on travel requirements, including visas and travel insurance.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients and suppliers at all times.
  • Assist clients in making changes to their bookings and itineraries as needed.
  • Negotiate rates and discounts with suppliers to maximize clients' budgets.
  • Provide post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with travel advisories and provide timely information to clients.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in travel consultancy or related field is strongly preferred.
  • A deep passion for travel and knowledge of global holiday destinations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in the use of travel booking software and online research tools.
