Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a growing holiday homes and short-term rentals business in Dubai looking for a dedicated, hands-on Manager to join our team. If you have proven experience in Dubai’s holiday homes/Airbnb market and are passionate about delivering top-notch guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily guest check-ins and check-outs.

  2. Conduct apartment inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness before and after stays. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.

  3. Provide on-the-ground support for guests during their stay when needed.

  4. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold company service standards.

  5. Report to office daily for at least one stand-up meeting with the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Prior experience in Dubai’s holiday homes, Airbnb, or short-term rental market.

  2. Valid UAE driving license and access to own transport.

  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  4. Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  5. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle guest-facing responsibilities.
