Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in finding suitable electronics, mobiles, and laptops • Explain product features, specifications, and prices confidently • Maintain and arrange product displays neatly on shelves • Create simple content / videos for promoting products on social media • Handle sales transactions and customer inquiries professionally • Achieve monthly sales targets and support team performance • Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and technical product details • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom • Report any product issues or damages to the supervisor
Desired Candidate Profile
• Female candidates only • Hindi speaking is mandatory (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka – Hindi-speaking only) • Pleasant personality with strong communication and customer-handling skills • Must have good knowledge of electronics, mobiles, and laptops • Experience in sales or retail preferred (freshers with confidence also welcome) • Basic knowledge of social media and content creation for product promotion Optional • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn • Should be available to join immediately
