Role & responsibilities
Need Mobile /Heavy Equipment Manager / Maintenance Engineer /Service Manager of mobile and auto equipment in a cement company (MUST)
1. Light and Heavy Equipment repairs and preventive maintenance & Spare parts with (cement trucks /trailers/loaders/ forklifts/maintenance vehicles).
2) Has strong knowledge in spare parts planning and inventory control, as well as hydraulic , pneumatic and lubrication systems.
3) Great team leadership and supervision of technicians.
4) Workforce planning, task allocation, training and performance monitoring.
5) Management skills in budgeting , cost control and maintenance cost optimization.
6) English communication both in oral and written skills, familiar with SAP or similar maintenance management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification - B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Experience - 8 - 15 years of experience in cement heavy manufacturing industry. (Must ) with
