Roles & Responsibilities

They are searching for a Head of Marketing & Acquisition Sales (Indian Market) to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will leverage deep market knowledge, advanced marketing technology, and a performance-oriented mindset to build a passionate player community and establish our client as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the overarching marketing and acquisition strategy for the Indian market, aligning with global business objectives. Conduct continuous market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Performance Marketing & Automation: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on ROI and LTV. Leverage Marketing AI and automation tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and efficiency at scale.
  • Affiliate & Partner Management: Build, manage, and grow a robust network of affiliate partners and key accounts. Develop strong relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and implement innovative programs to maximize acquisition volume and quality.
  • Brand & Content Strategy: Craft a compelling brand narrative and value proposition that resonates with the Indian audience. Oversee all creative execution, including video content, static creatives, and messaging tailored for both casino and sportsbook verticals.
  • CRM & Player Journey: Architect and manage a sophisticated, data-driven CRM strategy. Develop automated, personalized communication flows (email, push, SMS, in-app messages) that guide players through an optimized journey from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
  • Social Media Mastery: Lead the strategy for all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, local platforms), creating engaging content, managing communities, and running highly targeted paid social campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Possess an obsession with data. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM data) to track KPIs, derive actionable insights, and present performance reports to senior leadership, constantly justifying spend and demonstrating growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior marketing role within the online gambling industry (iGaming).

Non-negotiable, in-depth understanding of the Indian iGaming market: including player preferences, cultural nuances, competitive landscape, media channel of communication and related subtlities

Proven expertise in Marketing AI and automation platforms to drive customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Deep, hands-on knowledge of affiliate marketing networks and relationship management.

Sound knowledge of both Casino and Sportsbook products, including an understanding of key metrics, promotions, and player behavior in each vertical.

A demonstrated portfolio of successful social media marketing campaigns for a B2C brand, preferably in iGaming or entertainment.

Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and actions.

A strategic thinker who is also execution-oriented and not afraid to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Must be open to relocating to Dubai, UAE.
