Hardware & Network Engineerbr br Job Location : Dubai, UAEbr br Responsibilities :br br Maintaining desktops, notebooks, and biometric devices to ensure smooth daily operations.br Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as VPNs, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.br Monitoring systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.br Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely and professional manner.br Implementing and supporting data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.br Providing both onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal users.br Maintaining accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and hardware inventory.br Recommending appropriate IT solutions and improvements to meet client needs and business objectives.br br Requirements :br br Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering orbr qualifications such as BCA, MCA, or Diploma in CS/IT/E&C.br 3 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking roles.br Strong knowledge of desktop and notebook support, network devices, and troubleshooting methods.br Experience with VPNs, routers, Wi-Fi, and firewall configuration.br Good understanding of data security practices and backup/disaster recovery concepts.br Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.br Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.br Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
