Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling assigned work orders (inspections, repair, etc.)
- Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks
- Dealing with incoming work requests
- Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors; most often maintenance manager or facilities manager
- Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work
- (Dis)assembling/installing new machines, condition monitoring sensors, equipment, etc.
- Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, and electrical in the restaurants and shops
- Following different safety measures and policies
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 7-8 years' experience in the same role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Has experience with plumbing and electrical works.
- A supportive and friendly team.
