H RECEPTION TEST
To ensure the reception, installation and follow-up of clients with elegance, professionalism and discretion, while ensuring to offer an impeccable customer experience, faithful to the standards of luxury.
Welcoming customers upon their arrival
To offer a high-end service with courtesy, discretion and elegance
Escorting customers to their table
Take into account preferences and specific requests
Maintain a discreet presence at the entrance throughout the service
Manage telephone calls and inquiries
Communicate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service
Participate in the setup and organization of the restaurant
Managing customer feedback in real time
Optimize the seating plan according to the service
Desired Candidate Profile
A sense of hospitality and high-end customer service
Professional presentation and polished language
Organization, rigor, punctuality
Fluency in French and English (other languages appreciated)
