We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Service Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our hospitality team. The Guest Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English will be crucial in catering to a diverse clientele. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information and directions to guests in both Arabic and English.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, managing any guest requests accordingly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs promptly.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in managing reservations, cancellations, and non-arrivals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with all hotel policies and procedures to guide guests accurately.
- Use problem-solving skills to address guest challenges and enhance their stay.
- Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail when assisting guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Familiarity with reservation and hotel management software is an advantage.
