Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relation professional to join our team in the beautiful resort town of ElGouna, Hurghada, Egypt. As a Guest Relation specialist, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, questions, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in ElGouna and Hurghada
- Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel management system
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or activities for guests
- Collaborate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and excursions
- Ensure the lobby and guest areas are well-maintained and presentable at all times
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance guest service skills
- Adapt to changing situations and maintain composure during high-pressure moments
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in Guest Relations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and F&B environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German & English (additional languages are a plus)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions, culture, and services in ElGouna and Hurghada
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently
- Adaptability to changing guest needs and hotel policies
* German & English Language is a must.
