- Greet and welcome guests and customers with professionalism and warmth
- Provide accurate information and assistance to meet guest needs
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and effectively
- Support sales team in the sales process
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and suggest improvements

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in guest relations, front desk, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
