Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided).

  • Proactively engage with guests via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding effective solutions and escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and any additional languages as a plus.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a guest relations/tele calling or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
