Guest Laundry- Dry Cleaner MOVENPICK

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Guest Laundry- Dry Cleaner to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a key member of our hospitality services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dry cleaning and laundry services to our guests, ensuring their garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned in pristine condition.

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment and machines
• Clean, press, and finish a variety of garments and fabrics
• Identify and treat different types of stains using appropriate cleaning methods
• Ensure proper handling and care of guests' belongings
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and health regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of cleaned items
• Keep accurate records of cleaning orders and guest transactions

• 3 years of experience in dry cleaning or laundry services; experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Proficiency in dry cleaning techniques and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of fabric care and stain removal methods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
